Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>Position will be based in at our Simandou project site, Guinea</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans including medical insurance</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Monitor, maintain and improve site Health, Safety &amp; Environment compliance with client systems, local legislation and Aggreko policy.</li><li>Work closely with the Projects Manager, Installation &amp; Commissioning Lead and Site Operations Manager to align Aggreko’s HSE Management System with the client’s HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Identify HSE training needs, organise and deliver internal QHSE inductions and relevant trainings, maintain training register, calendar and records.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits across project facilities and depots, identify risks and recommend improvements.</li><li>Lead in-depth investigations for all QHSE incidents, prepare findings and corrective/preventative action plans, and ensure lessons learned are communicated.</li><li>Support Risk Identification Reporting and ensure timely follow-up and closure; produce consolidated weekly HSE reports covering risks and incidents.</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Client Safety Department to ensure full procedural alignment.</li><li>Support operational teams to embed safe systems of work and positive safety culture on site.</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree educated in a safety related field of study.</li><li>Qualified IOSH or NEBOSH.</li><li>Similar experience in a QHSE role, working within the Mining industry.</li><li>Fluent command of English and French language.</li><li>Valid local driving licence as required by the business.</li><li>Knowledge or experience in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines is desirable.</li><li>Proven ability to work on your own initiative in remote and demanding site conditions.</li><li>Strong communication, investigation, audit and report-writing skills.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
