Stomer Sites to answer on time due to Warranty Claims.</li><li>Manage and Monitor debits/responsibilities financial, due to any Warranty claim event, for program coverage (0, 3, 12, 36, MIS) or equivalent to years or miles with financial BorgWarner Irapuato/Suppliers/Customer area, It is communicated to Direction Management Plant and PTC though to sales against warranties format, KPOs and Engineering Dashboard.</li><li>Execute statistical analysis – related to product survival/fails (MIS, Miles, MT etc.)</li><li>Validate Permanent and Preventive Corrective actions due to Warranty claims and suggest “Read Across” as needed to prevention.</li><li>Validate Error proofing Equipment (Error &amp; Mistake Proofing) due to Warranty claims and suggest “Read Across” as needed to prevention.</li><li>Document “Lessons Learned” to be used in new programs.</li><li>Active participation as needed in documentation though to Quality advance programs to new projects and engineering changes to suggest “Read Across” as needed to prevention.</li><li>Promote continues improvement and quality assurance systems to reduce Warranties.</li><li>Supervise the correct execution of counter measurements in Plant, base of Suppliers, due to Warranty claims.
