POSITION SUMMARY:  The primary role of the Behind the Wheel Instructor (BTWI) is to make sure new drivers are ready for the road and can safely and effectively apply their new driving skills. With safety being the Company’s number one priority, the BTWI will provide critical feedback to management, who will determine whether drivers are ready to perform their jobs or need additional training. The BTWI must have the ability to develop rapport and be patient with new drivers. The BTWI will serve as a role model and mentor to new drivers.
