This is not a "behind the scenes" HR role; you are the frontline representative of Zero Homes in the Denver ecosystem and the operational owner of our talent machine.You will own the entire lifecycle—from the first "hello" at a Denver Startup Week event to the moment a new hire signs their offer letter.
