This isn't your typical "sit behind a screen" HR role. You will be the architect of our team, sourcing everything from high-level software engineers (Technical) and sales professionals (General) to the skilled operators that know how to grow internal and field operations (Ops).</div><div><br></div><div>You’ll own the entire lifecycle—from the first "hello" to the day they walk through our doors for orientation. You’ll work directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—helping define roles, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and make thoughtful hiring decisions. You aren't just posting jobs; you’re on the ground building the talent pipeline.</div><div>-Event Strategy: Identify and coordinate local community events or industry mixers to increase brand awareness among HVAC technicians and renewable energy professionals.</div><div>-Candidate Experience: Act as the face of Zero Homes.
