Analytics Integration<ul><li>Champion the adoption of analytics and AI tools to drive data-informed decision-making across the business.</li></ul>AI &amp; Advanced Analytics<ul><li>Identify and deliver opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into products (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, intelligent workflows).</li><li>Partner with data governance and AI teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI.</li></ul>Finance Transformation &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Identify and deliver opportunities for Finance related platforms and processes.</li><li>Work with Finance stakeholders to identify pain points and streamline workflows (e.g., month end, budgeting, reporting, procurement, controls).</li><li>Support the evolution of our financial management landscape, with an understanding of ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and the ecosystem of tools typically used alongside it (e.g., planning, reporting, integration platforms).</li><li>Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements, resolve functional issues, and improve adoption.</li></ul>Delivery &amp; Agile Leadership<ul><li>Translate strategy into product epics/user stories, prioritise with clear acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps.</li><li>Lead agile ceremonies with cross-functional squads and coordinate with PMO on timelines, dependencies, and communications.</li><li>Oversee business handover, enablement, and drive user adoption of new data and analytics capabilities.</li></ul>Risk, Governance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Partner with compliance, security, and data governance colleagues to ensure policy adherence, audit trails, and appropriate controls.</li><li>Monitor and mitigate all product-related risks throughout the product lifecycle.</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp;
