You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to deliver best in class integration experiences that drive adoption and long term success.<h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul style=""><li>Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n).</li><li>Own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement.</li><li>Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insight.</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.</li><li>Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally.</li><li>This role is primarily customer facing, with a strong focus on solution design and customer outcomes rather than hands on coding or software development.</li></ul><h2>What You Bring</h2><ul style=""><li>2–5 years’ experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.</li><li>Experience managing end to end API integrations, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support across multiple customer environments.</li><li>Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar.</li><li>Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.</li><li>Excellent communicator in ability to make complex ideas clear and simple.</li><li>This position requires in office attendance 3 days per week (T/W/Th) in our Chicago office. </li></ul>Choco was founded in 2018 in Berlin.
