Warehouse Supervisor Hourly<p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Status:</b></p>Hourly, Part time<p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Location:</b></p>Mississauga, Ontario<p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1></h1><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p>Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the <b>Warehouse Supervisor </b>will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, preparation and delivery of customer orders, and ensures all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.<br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Manage warehouse operations, space planning, inventory, storage, shipping and receiving processes;</li><li>Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure collaborative, organized and efficient work;</li><li>Manage picking customer orders and ensure on-time deliveries and shipping of orders with a variety of couriers;</li><li>Ensure the warehouse and yard spaces are highly organized;</li><li>Ensure all health, safety, and security measures are followed;</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized warehouse records;</li><li>Offload trucks, and check for missing and damaged merchandise;</li><li>Receive and verify shipments and place merchandise in stock;</li><li>Locate related Customer back-orders, and advise Customer of their arrival;</li><li>Place and arrange stock in orderly fashion and re-arrange as required;</li><li>Pick and pack goods, and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner;</li><li>Pack goods for damage free shipment;</li><li>Other related tasks‍.</li></ul><p><br><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>Ideally 5 years of related experience;</li><li>Strong communication and people skills, initiative;</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills;</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK);</li><li>Strong ability and desire to develop and grow skills;</li><li>Valid Forklift Operator Certification;</li><li>Product knowledge is an asset</li></ul><p></p><p>This is a full time position.</p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p></p><h1><b>What’s in it for you</b></h1><p>We are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
