<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Head of Finance &amp; FP&amp;A to play a critical role in shaping the financial future of Muon Space. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in support of rapid growth across commercial and government programs.</p><p>The position will partner closely with leaders in Engineering, Mission Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Development to ensure disciplined capital allocation, proactive risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
