<div> Venture Solar is hiring a MD/DE Electrician. As an Electrician in the state of MD/DE, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems</li><li>Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment</li><li>Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components</li><li>Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them</li><li>Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units</li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li>Electrician license in the state of MD</li><li>Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred</li><li>Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints</li><li>Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability</li><li>Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime</li><li>A valid driver's license is required</li><li>Can work well independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs</li><li>Ability to work in attics</li></ul>Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.7-This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role. $32 -$35 per hour.
