Job Description:Product Marketing Manager Location: Hyderabad, IndiaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive product messaging and positioning for the Indian and Middle Eastern markets. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.The ideal candidate has experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in energy, solar + storage, or industrial technology, with a proven ability to translate unique technology and features into compelling value propositions. This role requires close coordination with product, sales and marketing, and sales enablement teams, as well as directly with customers for key insights.The Product Marketing Manager will lead region specific product marketing initiatives and strategy for Nextracker’s comprehensive tracker, foundations and services portfolio, helping customers realize successful, long-lasting and high-performing solar projects. This will include defining positioning and differentiation strategies based on stakeholder's preferences, including EPCs, developers, regulators, offtakers and policy makers. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Development: Drive product marketing collateral, working closely with marketing, sales and product management.</li><li>Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with tools, content, and training to drive new sales opportunities, including presentations, demos, case studies, and playbooks.</li><li>Product Marketing Campaigns: Develop multi-channel product marketing plans, coordinate launch activities, branding &amp; positioning in concert with marketing.</li><li>Value Proposition &amp; Storytelling: Craft clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging that translates complex technology into customer-centric benefits.</li><li>Market Research: Identify market trends, define customer needs, and quantify product value.</li><li>Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, global sales and marketing teams.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, marketing, product management, sales in an energy-related or similar industrial field.</li><li>Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.</li><li>Proven ability to gather and synthesize customer and market needs.</li><li>Adept at communicating with engineers, understanding technical concepts, and using correct terminology.</li><li>Adept at building slide decks and presenting.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.</li><li>Able to travel internationally.</li><li>B.S. degree in a technical or creative field.</li><li>Spreadsheet economic analysis and modelling skills are highly preferred</li><li>Photography and video editing skills are a plus.</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
