You ensure that all processes related to employee onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding run smoothly.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Collecting, processing, and verifying personnel changes (onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding).</li><li>Preparing and sending contracts, letters, and announcements.</li><li>Monitoring legal deadlines, anniversaries, and retirements.</li><li>Maintaining personnel files and ensuring accurate HR administration.</li><li>Coordinating a careful offboarding process when employees leave the company.</li><li>Organizing internal and external training programs and managing subsidy applications.</li><li>Answering HR-related questions from employees and supporting various HR projects.</li><li>Preparing HR reports.</li></ul>About Stora EnsoThe Business Unit West Europe consists of corrugated board production companies and wholesale entities that serve the Dutch and Belgian markets with sustainable packaging solutions.
