In this role, you will focus on how customers engage with Haven across our website, quoting experience, and other top-of-funnel touchpoints. As the dedicated designer for these interactions, you'll develop a deep understanding of our customers’ and partners’ needs and iterate on how we build trust, drive conversion, and deliver 5-star experiences.You will partner closely with product, engineering, growth, CX, and data teams to deliver measurable impact. You will also partner with designers across other teams to build and refine Haven’s visual design language, streamline prototyping processes, and elevate our brand identity.
