This is a new role in the organization and reflects our continuing growth. The Executive Coordinator reports to Alex Kaufman, Deputy Director of Operations. Rather than rely on negotiation, we offer transparent pay aligned with experience, responsibilities, and organizational values.We offer competitive benefits for part time employment, including a work-from-home stipend, up to 5% 401k employer match, 11 paid holidays, and unlimited PTO (with a minimum requirement of 8 business days for this role). We are currently unable to offer health benefits (medical, dental and vision insurance) to part-time employees; however, part-time employees are eligible to receive once-yearly additional prorated compensation of $6,000.
