Are you ready to change the world with us?</div>ABOUT THE ROLEThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible for partnering directly with the Project Manager to ensure successful completion of milestones in the project lifecycle and will occasionally lead projects/tasks independently under the supervision of the Project Manager. This role is also responsible for planning and executing renewable energy, solar, and energy storage construction projects.WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Participate in, and periodically lead, project planning and stakeholder management, and review of contracts and documents. </li><li>Facilitate cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex company SOPs for assigned projects, and autonomously drive decisions related to the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage aspects of project execution through responsibilities such as vendor management, project documentation (POs, RFIs, RFPs, LOIs NTPs, BOMs, etc.), attending and leading project meetings/calls, managing agendas/minutes for project meetings, and related tasks. </li><li>Organize, and lead, project closeout documentation, coordinate logistics and procurement of owner-provided materials, and lead processing of payables/receivables.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with all project team members, means and methods, as well as ensure appropriate level of information sharing and involvement with senior leadership. </li><li>Prepare, analyze, and present reports for project status and financial updates.</li><li>Manage Project Manager-level tasks with little to no support, as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with individual departments, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.</li><li>Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, public administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management function. Experience in solar and/or energy storage construction is preferred. </li><li>Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.</li><li>Skills/Attributes:<ul><li>Intermediate understanding of solar designs, including the ability to read and understand construction drawings.
