Are you ready to change the world with us?</div>ABOUT THE ROLEThe Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to support business decision-making processes. This role involves creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into business performance and trends.WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.</li><li>Create detailed reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present data in an accessible format.</li><li>Design and develop visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.</li><li>Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality checks and validation.</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.</li><li>Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, information technology, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.</li><li>Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.</li><li>Skills/Attributes:<ul><li>Proficiency in analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li><li>Expertise in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for report and dashboard creation.</li><li>Skills in designing and developing visualizations to effectively communicate data findings.</li><li>Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.</li><li>Experience in cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Advanced skills in using Excel for data analysis and visualization.</li><li>Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.</li><li>Strong communication skills to present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Self-motivated to work through complex problems and competing priorities, including a high level of detail and organization.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul></li></ul>BENEFITS<ul><li>Clēnera pays 100% of employee and dependent premiums for a suite of medical, dental, and vision coverages.</li><li>Hybrid Work Environment</li><li>HSA and FSA Plans Available</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Retirement Plan with Employer Match</li><li>Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary, and AD&amp;D</li><li>Paid Time Off (Vacation and Public Holidays)</li><li>Incentive Pay and RSU Plans</li></ul>*Recruiting agencies, we are not currently accepting unsolicited referrals for this or any open role.
