Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>Drive, shape and continuously improve the financial, accounting and controlling activities of our Dutch legal entity.</li><li>Take full ownership of statutory accounting and reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.</li><li>Responsible for all areas of financial bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA), ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance.</li><li>Establish and maintain robust financial controlling processes, including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis and cost controlling.</li><li>Prepare timely and high-quality management reporting for local management and group headquarters, ensuring transparency of financial performance.</li><li>Handle tax-related topics such as tax filings, VAT compliance, Intrastat reporting and cross-border VAT matters.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for external partners, including auditors, banks, tax advisors and tax authorities.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc financial analyses, provide decision support and prepare presentations for management to support strategic and operational decision-making.</li><li>Support the further development of financial processes, internal controls and reporting standards in line with group requirements.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>At least 5 years of solid experience in finance, accounting and controlling within an international B2B environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dutch accounting standards and relevant tax regulations, including VAT and Intrastat.</li><li>Hands-on and proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, solve complex problems and drive topics independently.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different countries and cultures.</li><li>High affinity for IT and digital finance tools, with advanced MS Excel skills and experience with SAP or another ERP system.</li><li>Native Chinese speaker with full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch.</li></ul>
