This is a great opportunity to have front-row access to flight testing, manufacturing, and the people building the future of transportation.</p><p>This hire will play a central role in shaping how our stories are told—owning post-production while also being a primary on-site shooter and audio producer.</p><p>Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will work closely with in-house creatives and cross-functional partners, learning how to build a scalable, high-quality content operation as Joby’s storytelling footprint grows significantly.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Capture high-quality photo and video content across a wide range of environments.</li> <li>Operate comfortably as a one-person production unit when needed. We’re looking for a true run-and-gun creative who is also comfortable thinking ahead about production planning and scheduling.</li> <li>Support both planned shoots and real-time opportunities as they arise — we move quickly, and flexibility is key.</li> <li>Capture footage and audio intentionally, with a clear understanding of how content will be edited and used downstream. The target base pay for this position is $80,700 - $111,000/yr.
