Roles and responsibilities <ul><li>Create precise structural Revit models and CAD drawings for technically challenging projects.</li><li>Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from Revit 3D model.</li><li>Take ownership of modeling, drawings and documentation.</li><li>Understand and implement industry wide BIM standards.</li><li>Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.</li><li>Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.</li><li>Highlight potential problems in time and look for a solution.</li><li>Interact with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM models and drawings.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of models and drawings prepared.</li><li>Support the development of project documentation and drawing production.</li><li>Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.</li><li>Update and maintain project notes and documentation.</li><li>Ensure QA/QC documents are maintained properly.</li></ul>
