Financial Oversight &amp; Control<ul><li>Act as the single point of contact for all finance matters related to the India entity.</li><li>Oversee and review all accounting activities performed by the Outsourced partner (GL, AR, AP, payroll accounting, statutory books, etc.).</li><li>Align financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with the EMEA finance team.</li><li>Support intercompany recharges, transfer pricing documentation, and group consolidation processes.</li><li>Act as the finance liaison for HR and R&amp;D management regarding cost control, headcount, and budgeting.</li><li>Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.</li></ul>2. Statutory Compliance &amp; Governance<ul><li>Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and other regulatory submissions with external advisors and auditors.</li><li>Liaise with corporate secretarial service providers to manage board meetings, filings, and ROC matters.</li></ul>3. R&amp;D Cost Management<ul><li>Provide cost tracking on R&amp;D projects run through India.</li><li>Reconcile financial invoices with R&amp;D project cost tracking.</li><li>Support the EMEA FP&amp;A team in budgeting and forecasting of R&amp;D-related spend.</li><li>Ensure project costs are accurately captured, classified, and reported in alignment with Group accounting principles.</li></ul>4. Outsourced Partner Management<ul><li>Manage relationship with outsourced accounting partner.</li><li>Review service-level performance, accuracy of deliverables, and compliance with Group timelines.</li><li>Drive process efficiency and consistency with EMEA finance standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. - B.COM, M.COM , MBA finance (regular only)</li><li>10 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, accounting, or finance operations.</li><li>CA will be good to have , with post CA experience of 5 years is must .</li><li>Experience in managing outsourced accounting providers or shared service centers.</li><li>Strong understanding of Indian statutory requirements and tax compliance.</li><li>Exposure to multinational environments; experience working with EMEA or global teams preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with remote stakeholders.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>High attention to detail and strong governance mindset.</li><li>Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic oversight.</li><li>Comfortable working in a lean setup with matrix reporting.</li><li>Proactive, dependable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a new entity setup.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to build and shape the finance governance of a new entity.</li><li>Work closely with global finance leadership in a dynamic, international environment.</li><li>Be part of a company investing in innovation and R&amp;D growth in India.</li></ul> We value and encourage diversity in our team.
