Reporting to the Head of EMEA Treasury &amp; Insurance, this role plays a key part in ensuring efficient liquidity management, robust financial risk management, and continuous improvement of treasury processes across the Group. Key Responsibilities Liquidity &amp; Cash Management<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Manage Group and subsidiary liquidity, ensuring optimal short- to mid-term funding across multiple currencies</li><li>Oversee utilisation of external loans, intercompany loans, overdrafts, investments, and cash pooling structures</li><li>Improve cash forecast accuracy and efficiency across EMEA entities and monitor cash flow against targets</li></ul> Financial Risk Management<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Analyse and manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposures across the Group</li><li>Execute and monitor hedging strategies (cash flow hedges, balance sheet hedges, net investment hedges)</li><li>Support business units in identifying and mitigating FX risks</li></ul> Intercompany &amp; Treasury Operations<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Manage the Group’s intercompany loan portfolio in close coordination with Tax, Legal, and Finance stakeholders</li><li>Support cash repatriation processes (e.g. dividends) to Switzerland</li><li>Maintain and optimise the global bank structure, including host-to-host connectivity and e-banking solutions</li><li>Negotiate banking terms and conditions and monitor bank fees</li></ul> Trade Finance &amp; Systems<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Centrally manage guarantees, bonds, and letters of credit; advise business units on trade finance topics</li><li>Drive automation and optimisation of treasury processes and systems</li><li>Act as key contact for Treasury Management Systems and technical treasury topics</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Projects<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Support and back up the Treasury Analyst in cash management and intercompany interest calculations</li><li>Participate in and lead treasury-related projects</li><li>Contribute to treasury policies, internal controls, and management reporting</li></ul>  Profile<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>University degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field; professional certifications such as Swiss Certified Treasury, CFA, or similar are a plus</li><li>At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Corporate Treasury (FX &amp; Cash Management) within an international organisation</li><li>Strong expertise in cash management, cash pooling, FX hedging, and treasury operations</li><li>Solid experience with Treasury Management Systems and advanced Excel skills</li><li>Knowledge of intercompany funding structures, credit facilities, and trade finance instruments</li><li>Understanding of hedge accounting (US GAAP knowledge is an advantage)</li><li>Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and regions</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage</li></ul>   We value and encourage diversity in our team.
