Ensure strong alignment with EH&amp;S, R&amp;D, Marketing, Retail, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Asset Management. Facilitate knowledge exchange with European and Asian subregions.Standardize and Optimize Operational Processes: Identify and implement best practices and state-of-the-art tools to enhance cost, service, quality, and safety. Oversee the development and deployment of production planning and execution processes, and support site design and layout improvements. Benchmark and replicate best practices across Air Products sites. Audit adoption and compliance with standardized processes.Facilitate Community of Practice: Serve as Functional Owner for PG Operations, organizing regular knowledge-sharing sessions with European counterparts.
