The candidate is expected to provide their own housing during this internship.Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Development<ul><li>Implement simple front-end or back-end features.</li><li>Support browser compatibility testing and basic debugging under supervision.</li><li>Fix minor bugs identified by the team.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews to learn about the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Communicate progress clearly to mentors or team leaders.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Learning &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Shadow experienced software engineers to understand best practices in modular design, code reuse, and maintainability.</li><li>Learn new technologies, tools, and workflows (e.g., .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Take on small research or prototyping tasks to explore new features or technologies.</li></ul></li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience:<ul><li>Requires current enrollment in an accredited college or university with completion of at least two years toward a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li></ul>Preferred Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong foundation in an object-oriented programming language (C#, C++, Java, etc.)</li><li>Basic knowledge of the following:<ul><li>Object‑oriented programming (classes, interfaces, encapsulation, inheritance).</li><li>Data structures and algorithms (arrays, lists, stacks/queues, hash maps).</li><li>Software design principles (modularity, separation of concerns).</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Any prior exposure to our technology stack is considered a plus; however, it is not a requirement for this position.<ul><li>C#</li><li>.NET desktop development (WinForms, WPF)</li><li>.NET web development (Blazor, ASP.NET)</li></ul></li></ul>Preferred Soft Skills:<ul><li>Clear Communication: Able to explain technical concepts in written and verbal form to diverse audiences and contribute meaningfully to team discussions.
