In this position, you will report to Head of Master Planning, BA Containerboard. Every day.You will be responsible for Demand Planning &amp; Analytics within BA Containerboard Master Planning organization. The Demand Planner &amp; Analyst plays a central role in ensuring reliable demand forecasting, data driven insights, and effective alignment between commercial and supply chain functions. Operating in a complex Packaging &amp; Paper environment with multiple mills and customer segments, this role is responsible for building an accurate demand picture, analyzing trends, and supporting operational planning to optimize service levels, inventory, and production stability. Great analytical skills and attention to detail play a big part in your success as you are responsible of the quality and accuracy of the Demand Plan. However, it’s clear communication and good collaboration skills that are essential as you interact with several stakeholders – you should have the courage to challenge your colleagues when needed, in a constructive way. Your natural mindset strives for continuous improvement, and you will also participate in development of the tools, reporting, statistical forecasting, and the demand planning ways of working.
