Master's degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of <strong>12+ years of progressive experience</strong> in Information Technology, with at least <strong>3 years in a senior leadership role</strong> (e.g., Head of IT, IT Director).</li><li>Proven experience in a <strong>manufacturing, automotive, or high-growth technology company</strong> is essential.
