The Technology Project Manager II for AI Initiatives is responsible for coordinating the design, evaluation, and implementation of AI-focused technology programs across the enterprise. This role facilitates the adoption of AI solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency, working closely with IT and business teams to translate opportunities into actionable projects.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Coordinate AI projects from initial concept through pilot phases to successful deployment, in coordination with the department lead or requestor seeking the new AI tool or technology.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to anticipate and prioritize AI opportunities.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis of emerging AI technologies and platforms, proposing the most suitable tools based on defined requirements of the requestor.</li><li>Evaluate vendors including pricing analysis and solution selection. </li><li>Lead the coordination of cross-functional AI pilots and evaluate their results. </li><li>Document technical requirements, usage scenarios, and best practices for AI tools. </li><li>Assist in managing organizational change and responsible for ensuring adoption of AI solutions. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date records on AI tools, relevant policies, and procedural documentation. </li><li>Deliver regular progress reports and insights to senior leadership. </li><li>Partner with Learning and Development (L&amp;D) to provide training content and assist with facilitation when training staff on new AI solutions.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. </li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology project management, IT, or digital transformation. </li><li>Experience managing data and application security in AI platforms.</li><li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in documentation. </li><li>Skilled in translating technical details into accessible language for business audiences.  </li><li>Highly effective engagement and communication skills with an emphasis on presenting technical concepts to variety of project stakeholders. </li><li>Exceptionally organized and able to balance multiple priorities, meet timelines and budget and proactively escalate scope, schedule and budget risks. </li><li>Work effectively independently with minimum supervision.  </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Replit or similar AI tools.  </li><li>Experience evaluating enterprise scale AI platforms or technology vendors. </li><li>Background in IT operations or systems rollouts. </li></ul> The salary range for this role is $92,058 - $118,019 with a target compensation of $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience and qualifications. <div>Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
