You will be an experienced IT engineer, capable of independently handling a wide variety of technical challenges.</p><p>As a key member of the global IT team, you will blend dedicated local support with broader operational responsibilities, contributing to the resolution of IT issues for our worldwide staff via our central IT Service Desk.</p><h3>Who We Are</h3><p>ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Expected Outcomes &amp; Requirements</h3><p>Outcomes:</p><p>As our IT Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Ensure Rapid On-site Support: Take ownership for all local IT issues, including hardware, software, OS problems (Windows, macOS, Linux), printers, and meeting room systems.</li><li>Maintain Manufacturing Uptime: Proactively support and troubleshoot manufacturing-specific IT systems, including Linux-based computers and local network infrastructure, to minimize operational downtime.</li><li>Contribute to Global Operations: Effectively manage and resolve a share of global IT support requests via the central Jira Service Desk (ISD) board, contributing to the wider team's goals.</li><li>Manage Local Access: Securely and efficiently handle user access and permissions management for local operations, particularly using Okta.</li><li>Develop Site Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for local site IT procedures, network configurations, and common issue resolutions</li></ul><p>Role-specific Competences:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in a hands-on IT support, field engineer, or systems administrator role.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems, specifically Windows, macOS, and Linux.</li><li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, patching) and experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.</li><li>Demonstrable experience supporting standard office IT equipment (laptops, printers, AV/meeting room technology) and business applications.</li><li>Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) platforms; specific experience with Okta is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in supporting collaboration solutions like Google Workspace or M365</li><li>Experience working with an IT Service Desk ticketing system, preferably Jira Service Management.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.</li></ul><p>What tech stack will you be working with?</p><ul><li>Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux</li><li>Identity &amp; Collaboration: Okta, Google Workspace, Active Directory, M365</li><li>Endpoint Management: Familiarity with tools like Omnissa Workspace One or Jamf is a plus</li><li>Service Desk: Atlassian Jira Service Management</li><li>Networking: Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking (Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper) and network troubleshooting</li></ul><h3>Key Competences</h3><p>In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:</p><ul><li>Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures, and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.</li><li>Passion &amp; Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.</li><li>Ownership &amp; Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.</li><li>Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.</li><li>Integrity &amp; Growth Mindset: Operates with transparency and humility, learns from setbacks, and actively seeks opportunities to grow.</li></ul><p>Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a national security clearance within the country of employment.</p><h3>Application Process</h3><ul><li>TA Screen (30 mins)</li><li>Technical Interview with Team (60 mins)</li><li>Interview with country manager</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What We Offer at ICEYE</h3><p>At ICEYE, you will join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
