Finance Working Student (d/f/m)

The successful candidate will have a unique chance to learn, to enjoy lots of freedom to set things up, and to advance his/her career in one of Europe’s fastest growing industries.<ul><li>Location: Munich, Germany</li><li>Employment Type: Full-Time</li><li>Salary Range: Bachelor students 18€/h, Master students 21€/h</li><li>Working Mode: Office-first set up</li><li>Language Requirement: English (C2), German (C1) </li></ul> Your Responsibilities As a&nbsp;Finance Working Student (d/f/m), you’ll support key operational finance tasks, including&nbsp;invoice handling,&nbsp;credit card management, and&nbsp;account reconciliations, while contributing to&nbsp;Finance Tech Stack projects&nbsp;and&nbsp;public funding &amp; grant applications.You’ll also gain exposure to&nbsp;Strategic Finance topics&nbsp;such as&nbsp;FP&amp;A,&nbsp;liquidity planning, and&nbsp;ERP implementation. The role offers hands-on impact, a broad view of the business, and the opportunity to drive&nbsp;automation and process improvements&nbsp;using modern tools.<ul><li>Invoice Handling:&nbsp;lead the first step of our invoice handling &amp; approval process; be the gatekeeper for the finance team.&nbsp;</li><li>Payments Management:&nbsp;ensure weekly payments are done; ensure correct offsetting of credit notes with invoices.</li><li>Chart of Accounts revisions proposals:&nbsp;critically evaluate and propose adjustment of our Chart of Accounts, which will ensure solid financial reporting.</li><li>AP/AR Oversight:&nbsp;support on accounts payable/receivable internally and externally. Ensure payments are executed correctly and timely.&nbsp;</li><li>Fundraising:&nbsp;co-lead the public funds and grants applications; monitor status and support in documentation.</li><li>FP&amp;A, Accounting and Finance Tech:&nbsp;be the right hand of our Strategic Accountant and our Finance Manager, who will occasionally involve you in Strategic Finance and Systems-Implementation projects.</li><li>Admin Support:&nbsp;work closely with the founder’s associate, the finance operations team, or other departments on ad-hoc projects; examples include bank-accounts opening, KYC documentation, public grants applications.</li></ul> Your Profile Mandatory Requirement:<ul><li>At least in the 4th semester of a Bachelor's degree or students currently pursuing a Master's degree</li><li>Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field at a leading institution (must be actively registered as a student)</li><li>Business proficiency (C2) in English, German (C1+) is also a must</li></ul>Skills to set you apart:<ul><li>Stellar academic performance with extracurricular activities</li><li>Early experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups with concrete examples of having to “wear multiple hats”</li><li>Initiatives relating to process automation through adoption of digital tools</li><li>Ownership and accountability for end-to-end finance processes and projects </li></ul>This role may not be a fit for you if...<ul><li>You are not an enrolled student at a university in Germany</li><li>You do not have any kind of Business Background (studies or work experience)</li><li>You are not passionate about energy markets and their complexities</li><li>You are uncomfortable working with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and evolving priorities</li></ul> At Entrix, we are committed to diversity - of all backgrounds and experiences.
