In your role as Customer Success Operations Engineer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the further development of the processes, systems, and tool landscape that support our Customer Success Management. You will ensure that our operational processes along the customer lifecycle are clearly defined, data-driven, and automated. In doing so, you will act as the interface between Customer Success, Sales &amp; Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT, ensuring that information, workflows, and systems mesh seamlessly.
