Help shape the Technical Solutions within our New Markets at TOMRA Collection. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately configured, documented and ready for successful installation and service. You will create and maintain technical drawings, BOMs and product documentation, while providing expert support to Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams. Your work ensures quality, compliance and smooth operations across the full customer lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Technical Documentation &amp; Configuration<ul><li>Develop and maintain technical drawings, Bills of Material (BOM) and pricing configurations.</li><li>Ensure accurate data intake from CRM and maintain up‑to‑date product documentation.</li><li>Identify and close information gaps by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.</li></ul>Operational Support<ul><li>Provide technical support to installation, service and customer care teams.</li><li>Contribute to day‑to‑day operational activities and ensure smooth running of business processes.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance requirements and SLAs.</li></ul>Cross‑Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Key Account Managers and the Sales team to ensure product readiness and consistent customer alignment.</li><li>Gather and share continuous feedback from customers to support product improvements.</li></ul>Training &amp; Enablement<ul><li>Design engaging training materials for internal stakeholders.</li><li>Deliver product training sessions to enable teams in installation, service and sales.</li></ul>  <ul></ul>
