The position is responsible for maintaining, governing, and improving the quality and consistency of master data within Finance Operations process scope. Who are we looking for?As a Finance Master Data Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining, governing, and improving the quality and consistency of master data. Acting as a key link between Finance, IT operations, and business teams, you will enforce data governance policies, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and help drive continuous improvement in data quality and compliance. Master Data Management<ul><li>Maintain and update relevant master data objects in accordance with governance rules and procedures</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP, consolidation and reporting systems</li><li>Ensure correctness of master data attributes to support finance and business processes</li><li>Perform regular data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring timely and correct master data updates</li></ul>2. Governance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce master data governance policies</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards</li><li>Document and maintain up-to-date procedures</li><li>Collaborate with auditors, controllers, and process owners to provide data documentation and evidence as needed</li></ul>3. Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Proactively support projects, organizational changes, process and system improvement initiatives from a master data perspective</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve data structures, governance workflows, and automation</li><li>Work closely with Finance Process Owners, Accounting and other Finance teams, IT, and other master data to ensure end-to-end data consistency</li><li>Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on master data policies and processes</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for master data queries and issue resolution</li></ul> Qualifications:•      3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Master Data Management roles•      Strong understanding of Finance processes, accounting structures, and fi nancial reporting•      Hands-on experience in ERP systems, familiarity with master data tables and workflows•      Knowledge of master data governance tools and related concepts (data quality, hierarchy management, metadata)•      Attention to detail and accuracy in managing large data sets with quality focus•      Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and solve problems•      Good understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements•      Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across functions and cultures with Finance, IT and business stakeholders•      Proactive, structured, and service-oriented way of working with ability to take ownership and drive continuous improvementWhat do we offer? By joining us, you will be part of our diverse working culture, supporting you to explore new perspectives and develop professionally.
