Your primary responsibility will be Regression Test Management with a focus to optimize test scope, across live entities for our SAP ERP Template (S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions) and third-party systems which is currently being rolled out globally. We are proud to have a great variation in cultures, knowledge, genders, ages, and charactersResponsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities within GEA IT, coordinating with Business Leads on tester allocation and scope. </li><li>Ensure full test readiness by aligning stakeholders, preparing systems, data, access, and test management tools, and involving all required support teams. </li><li>Coordinate with the TOSCA team for test automation integration where applicable. </li><li>Manage daily test execution reporting by sharing metrics and progress with stakeholders. </li><li>Lead defect management through scheduling triage calls, analyzing issues, and driving timely resolutions. </li><li>Promote continuous improvement through best practices, training, documentation, coaching, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring test results move to Production accurately.</li></ul> Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in testing across diverse IT landscapes. </li><li>Strong expertise in ERP testing within complex, integrated environments, plus proven skills in Test Management, Defect Management, Resource &amp; Test Readiness. </li><li>Solid understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V‑Model) and experience across SIT, UAT, and Regression cycles. </li><li>Familiar with testing best practices and, ideally, knowledgeable in SAP business processes. </li><li>Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within teams. </li><li>Experience delivering testing phases on time/budget, with a security‑minded approach and fluent English skills.</li></ul>Our offerThe Netherlands:·         Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.·         27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.·         Travel allowance.·         Participation pension fund (PME).·         Possibility of collective health insurance.·         Homework allowance (40% homework based on fulltime employment).·         Compensation for your sports subscription etcOur ValuesAt GEA we stand for Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity, Passion and Excellence.
