This position will assist with meeting preparation, documentation management, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, working closely with board members and executive leadership to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.</p><h1></h1><h1>Key Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Support Board Meetings: Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and distribution of materials for board and committee meetings. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure thorough documentation of board activities.</li><li>Maintain Corporate Records: Manage and update official board documents, including resolutions, charters, and policies, ensuring all records are accurate and meet compliance standards.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Assist in monitoring and implementing changes to applicable laws and regulations, helping to ensure the board’s activities remain in full compliance with legal and governance requirements.</li><li>Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for board members, executives, and external advisors, fostering clear communication and timely dissemination of information.</li><li>Governance Support: Assist in the development and review of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, supporting continuous improvement in board effectiveness.</li><li>Provide support to the VP Business Planning and Execution and Integrated Plan development - Assist with the development of the FL/MW comprehensive strategic plans, including the identification of key initiatives, risks, timelines, and essential decisions.</li><li>Document and assist with executing FL/MW governance structure such as JETs, to guide and oversee the execution of major organizational initiatives.</li><li>Provide essential support for FL/MW Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes, ensuring regular assessment and strategic alignment.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>Basic/Required Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>In addition to bachelor's degree, three (3) years minimum of related work experience</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Desired Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Experience supporting board governance or serving in a corporate administrative capacity.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate legal environment or as executive assistant</li><li>Paralegal certificate preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Previous project management experience.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Working Conditions:</h1><ul><li>Moderate travel, +/- 2 days a quarter (10%)</li><li>Hybrid mobility classification - work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
