Provides tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports. Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual and monthly financial forecasts. Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and other deadline-related reporting.</li><li>Overall general review of accounting and reporting to ensure that they are processed according to GAAP and corporate policies.</li><li>Establish internal controls to safeguard both corporate assets as well as the entities’ integrity.</li><li>Budget review and performance monitoring; evaluate and maintain accounting information systems</li><li>Plans and controls departmental staffing, development, organization, and hardware acquisitions to ensure that they are consistent with the business plan of the company.</li><li>Work closely with and support requirements of site General Manager. </li><li>Establish IS policies, standards, practices and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.</li><li>Prepares and administers the Department’s expenses budget, within budgetary guidelines to contribute to cost effective operation of the company.</li><li>Selects, develops and motivates qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills.</li><li>Conducts management meetings with department heads to establish, delineate and review organizational financial policies, to coordinate accounting activities between departments and to establish responsibilities for attaining objectives. </li><li>Support requests from both internal and external auditors.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by the PAQS Group Controller.</li><li>Assist with PAQS group consolidation efforts as requested by PAQS Group Controller.</li><li>Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.</li></ul>Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 5-10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Salary Range: $103,900.00-$138,500.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
