A successful individual in this role will help define and drive the people strategy for a major business unit of the company. This individual will be a player-coach, providing both strategic guidance and sleeves-rolled-up concrete problem solving. Expertly and expediently conduct and close out investigations and employee relations concerns. Proactively identify risks and address concerns before escalation. Serve as a visible, trusted presence on the production floor across all shifts.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, WV state and local employment laws.
