Then keep reading - you’ve come to the right place.<h2>Role Description</h2>This position, reporting to the Manager of People Partnership, is both a high-level strategic HR force and a boots-on-the-ground operational partner to our Operations leaders, focused on our Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Engineering teams in Form Factory 1 in West Virginia. A successful individual in this role will help define and drive the people strategy for a major business unit of the company. This individual will be a player-coach, providing both strategic guidance and sleeves-rolled-up concrete problem solving. They will be excited by a fast-paced, evolving work environment where they can tactically shape the success of their client groups for years to come.This role will require working onsite from our Weirton, WV location at least 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner and coach to senior leadership, including our VP+ Manufacturing and Operations leaders. Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth and the future phases of the business.</li><li>Execution and Problem Solving: Identify issues, challenge assumptions, and proactively run problems to ground as they arise. Operate autonomously, with an execution mindset, and maximize your accountability for getting the on-the-ground work done.</li><li>Organizational Transformation: Lead and drive key organizational transformations, including integrating new teams, optimizing reporting structures, and ensuring the People strategy aligns with business goals.</li><li>Talent Programs: Drive existing talent strategies and programs, such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning. Partner with HR leadership to identify new program needs.</li><li>Site and Culture Leadership: Function as a visible and trusted site HR leader for the West Virginia workforce, driving alignment amongst teams. Partner with the Employee Experience Specialist and Engagement team to drive action on employee engagement in the West Virginia office.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Workforce Stability: Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance. Expertly and expediently conduct and close out investigations and employee relations concerns. Proactively identify risks and address concerns before escalation. Serve as a visible, trusted presence on the production floor across all shifts.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, WV state and local employment laws.
