We are seeking an experienced Associate HRBP to play a pivotal role in supporting both the day-to-day operations of the business and its broader people agenda.In this role, you will partner with managers across a range of HR processes, including employee relations, change, performance, and talent management.Reporting to one of our Heads of HR (Business Partnering), you will take a proactive approach to ensure issues are addressed efficiently, communications are clear, and managers are empowered to support their teams effectively.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Assist across a range of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances</li><li>Work with managers to design, implement, monitor and where necessary, escalate performance improvement plans (PIP’s)</li><li>Organise employee relations cases and change projects, drafting correspondence and organising evidence and consultation documents</li><li>Gather metrics from HRIS, ATS, HR Ops to produce reports and dashboards for Heads of HR, senior managers and SLT members, giving insights based on data to drive value</li><li>Conduct exit survey and interviews of all leavers and provide regular insights to the team</li><li>Assist with talent review process</li><li>Organise and maintain employee relations materials</li><li>Provide proactive advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, helping to prevent potential conflicts and mitigate risks</li><li>Educate employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a positive work culture and maintain legal compliance</li><li>Support our Learning and Development team to deliver training programs and workshops for managers and employees on topics related to conflict resolution, communication skills, and employee relations best practices</li><li>Identify potential risks and liabilities related to employee relations matters and work to proactively mitigate them</li><li>Supporting on project activity as appropriate (e.g. onboarding, alignment of people policies, employee surveys, D&amp;I etc.)</li></ul>KEY INTERFACES <ul><li>Head of HR</li><li>HR Operations team</li><li>Payroll Specialist</li><li>People managers and leaders across Fastmarkets</li></ul>
