Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the accurate and timely submission of all tax filings.  · Tax Research: Monitor and evaluate federal and state tax law developments. Perform technical tax research, document conclusions, and translate findings into practical guidance to support compliance, planning, and reporting decisions.  · Tax Planning and Optimization: Collaborate with tax team, fund structuring team, and external tax advisors to identify tax-saving opportunities and implement strategies that minimize taxes while maintaining compliance with all applicable tax laws.  · Tax Advice: Provide tax-related guidance to internal individual equity partners in coordination with external advisors.   · Estimated Taxes: Prepare and review taxable income estimates for investor level entities.  · Risk Management: Identify potential tax risks and implement strategies to minimize exposure.  Qualifications  · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related degree. A master’s degree and/or CPA designation preferred.  · Minimum 5 years of income tax experience required. Some experience with partnership taxation preferred. Public accounting tax experience highly desired.  · In-depth knowledge of federal, state and local income tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.  · Willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities, work collaboratively in a team environment, and contribute as needed to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  · Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with ONESOURCE tax preparation software a plus.
