You will lead and develop both sales and service teams, turning strategy into execution and ensuring excellent customer experiences nationwide. The role reports to the Director WSS Sales &amp; Service Central and Eastern Europe and Nordics, based in Germany.Working closely with Norwegian and Nordic colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will share best practices and contribute to strong alignment with Xylem’s values, sustainability ambitions, and long-term business goals.Your team is located in Bergen and Hamar, with one sales resource and one service technician at each site. You will be based at our Hamar office, working closely with two WSS colleagues. The site also hosts Xylem colleagues within sales and service supporting other parts of the business.
