What you will doThis business leader will be responsible for supporting the develop, implementation, and execution for all strategic and tactical operational/financial activity relating to the N. This leader will need to have strong capability to manage complex projects that support Clarios business growth. The professional must also be able to work effectively across multiple Clarios functions and regions to ensure we are maximizing the value of supplier relationships, mitigating risks, and pursuing opportunities for growth.  How you will do it<ul><li>Develop and implement best practices and financial systems for MSD to meet leadership goals in profitability and risk management.</li><li>Deliver strategic and tactical leadership across all financial and operational domains, including accounting, internal controls, strategic planning, budget development, as well as financial reporting and monitoring.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement specialists to improve evaluation models, price negotiations, working capital, and inventory management for the N. America core and metals portfolio.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine raw material and metal management strategies that align with regional and financial objectives, while evaluating market intelligence and regional/global supply and demand to support procurement in identifying strategic purchase, sale, and swap opportunities.</li><li>Strengthen partnerships with core and metal suppliers to optimize trade working capital and inventory management objectives. </li><li>Work with global treasury and regional metals teams to improve working capital and manage tin and lead price risks through inventory solutions and hedging strategies.</li><li>Be a strong partner to enable and empower the N.
