The role provides hybrid financial reporting opportunities to build expertise in consolidations, strategic transaction execution, SEC Reporting, senior management analytics and close management. The candidate will be involved in the Firm’s transformational journey and have an opportunity to collaborate with various teams including Global Legal Entity Controllers, Fund Controllers, External Reporting, Technology, Valuations, Treasury, SOX, External Auditors and various other stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage elements of the Firm consolidation process including the review of intercompany eliminations</li><li>Coordinate preparation of Management Reporting Analytics for NON-GAAP and GAAP Reporting</li><li>Prepare and review deliverables required to support SEC Filings Form 10-Q and Form 10-K</li><li>Prepare and review quarterly balance sheet and P&amp;L fluctuation analyses</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries for monthly and quarterly close processes</li><li>Operationalize new strategic transactions collaboratively with Firm stakeholders incl.
