Cooperate with the Production Manager to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.How you’ll make an impact <ul><li>Preparation &amp; submission of contract review/dimension sheet for enquiries from order handler.</li><li>Preparation of die drawings for customer's product drawing, procurement through SCM.</li><li>Scheduling production in co-ordination with order handler to meet customer requirement and daily production planning &amp; monitoring to meet commitment.</li><li>Daily SAP/ECS activity like creating production order, processing production order in ECS, movement to quality and then to bond.</li><li>Ensuring participation of workmen in QMS, Safety activities &amp; documentation like SOP, ABRA, Work instruction, Hazard identification &amp; rectification and conducting daily management meetings &amp; vital communication.</li><li>Assists management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift work plan execution within production lines during the shift</li><li>Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within theproduction line, including production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations</li><li>Helps management to implement staff movements in case of vacations, illness, machine outages or shifting priorities</li><li>Serves as team leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues and maintaining various records.</li><li>Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency and on time delivery</li><li>Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health and safety policies and guidelines.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. </li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business</li></ul>Your background <ul><li>You hold full time regular Diploma's engineering in Mechanical / Electrical.</li><li>Minimum relevant experience 3 years production in shifts, and total experience not exceeding 8 years.</li><li>Proven experience as a Shift Leader in Continuous Process based manufacturing industries.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of methodologies and standards of manufacturing processes</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
