Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio. </li><li>Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.  </li><li>Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities </li><li>Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues. </li><li>Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies. </li><li>Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment .</li><li>Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting)   and prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews.</li><li>Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders). </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a Demand Planning role within a Consumer Goods or B2B environment</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, IBP, and Business Intelligence tools is a strong plus</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
