The role will be responsible for managing the forward-looking inventory plans of inbound &amp; outbound items while balancing costs, service levels, and constraints to meet customer needs effectively. Duties will include leading the MRP process, designing end-to-end supply chain solutions in NetSuite, managing inventory levels across multiple DC, owning West Coast Installations Center kitting and activity, and maintaining data integrity across all our locations.Responsibilities:						<ul style=""><li>Directly manage our Inventory Coordinator</li><li>Own MRP responsibilities for global locations.<ul style=""><li>Inbound buying and planning for key finished goods, components, and suppliers.</li><li>Manage towards inventory targets and service levels.</li></ul></li><li>Lead solution architect for NetSuite Supply Chain functionality, BOM creation, costing and Inventory analytics.<ul style=""><li>Support technology solutions through troubleshooting and quality assurance testing for department software systems.</li></ul></li><li>Validate root cause analysis / reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and manage improvements with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously</li><li>Performs monthly Inventory audit to ensure inventory accuracy, responsible for inventory data across all locations.<ul style=""><li>Evaluate transactions to resolve count discrepancies. </li></ul></li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul style=""><li>3+ years previous experience in Supply Chain Inventory Management</li><li>1+ year of people management experience.</li><li>NetSuite expert<ul style=""><li>In-depth Analytic suite Functional knowledge</li><li>Implementation experience with designing process and business needs</li></ul></li><li>Advanced Excel spreadsheet and data management skills.<ul style=""><li>Including Microsoft Office and Cloud-based equivalents (i.e., NetSuite or similar ERP system)</li></ul></li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul style=""><li>Experience with factory inventory management processes, executing production strategies and building key supplier relations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement and closing it with root cause analysis/process improvement</li><li>Able to lift 30 pounds</li></ul>
