Your ability to extract insights from complex datasets, communicate clearly across teams, and drive projects to closure will directly impact our ability to bring revolutionary air transportation to market.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><strong>Supply Chain Analysis</strong><ul> <li>Analyze supplier performance, procurement trends, and inventory data to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.</li> <li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.</li> <li>Support demand planning, capacity analysis, and sourcing strategies using data-driven modeling.</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.</li></ul><strong>  Project Management</strong><ul> <li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional supply chain initiatives such as supplier transitions, cost reduction programs, and system/tool implementations.</li> <li>Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, procurement, operations, and logistics teams.</li> <li>Track milestones, identify risks, and escalate roadblocks to ensure successful, on-time execution.</li></ul><strong>  Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><ul> <li>Partner closely with procurement, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to align on supply chain strategies and priorities.</li> <li>Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.</li></ul><h2>Required</h2><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or procurement.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft D365).</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate projects across diverse teams.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul><h2>Desired</h2><ul> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Python, strong preference for experience working with Databrics</li> <li>Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools for dashboard creation and reporting</li> <li>Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably D365)Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs), part-level hierarchy, and item traceability</li> <li>Understanding of procurement processes, supplier lead times, and sourcing lifecycle</li> <li>Ability to manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and risk logs across stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management tools</li> <li>Experience working in aerospace, automotive, or other complex hardware environments</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and drive insights-based decisions</li> <li> </li></ul><p> The compensation package for this role includes a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $113,200 - $205,500 per year.
