As the O&amp;M Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the generation operations service of a Power Plant (40 MW) and the personnel involved to ensure total Customer satisfaction and meet the time, cost, and quality objectives stipulated in the contract. Ensure the reliability and availability of the Power Plant and all its equipment as contractually established. Main Responsibilities<ul><li>The O&amp;M Manager is responsible for executing all activities related to the operation and maintenance of the power plant.</li><li>Develop and implement the annual Operation and Maintenance Plan and all resources necessary for its proper execution and administration.</li><li>Prepare the report calculating the reliability and availability indices of the power plant and monitor them.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Company Policies (Code of Ethics, procedures, environmental regulations) related to operations activities.</li><li>Plan, assign, and supervise the activities of the personnel under your line, including their professional training. Ensure the motivation of operations personnel.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the existing energy regulations in the Republic of Argentina.</li><li>Develop a Training Plan for your team.
