This role is responsible for ensuring that Primient products are transported to customers in the most cost effective, timely, efficient and safe manner. By optimizing transportation routes and coordinating with third-party carriers, the Specialist, Truck Operations ensures seamless product delivery while maintaining high service levels. ​Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Truck Operations: Manage the planning and execution of shipments with partner carriers across bulk, dry van, and LTL, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality service.​</li><li>Logistics Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service and Production Planning, to develop and implement trucking solutions for Logistics challenges. ​</li><li>OTM Oversite: Monitor and manage actions within Primient Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring accurate shipment information, proper load tendering to partner carriers, and resolving errors effectively.​</li><li>Customer Transportation Complaints: Address high-priority customer complaints in coordination with Sales and Customer Service, providing solutions that meet delivery and safety expectations.
