Lead financial analysis for assigned areas, prepare and present monthly results to management, and collaborate cross-functionally on complex business issues impacting forecasts and financial performance.</li><li>Apply strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 revenue recognition. Perform general ledger postings, support sales tax reporting, internal and external audits, and payroll accounting for a large employee population. Ensure accurate accounting and reporting for a minimum of 45 individual income statements, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>Lead the monthly close process for assigned areas, including account reconciliations and review of monthly financial reporting packages in compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP).</li><li>Assist with the management and administration of financial systems and processes. Lead the identification, implementation, and validation of procedural changes, and update Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation to reflect changes impacting internal controls.</li><li>Drive process improvements using technology and innovative solutions to increase efficiency and conserve resources. Direct and oversee shared services activities in accordance with standard work instructions.
