The role is based in our Dilovasi – Turkey Core Cutting Manufacturing factory. How you'll make an impact:<ul><li>Following up quality control processes (shunt project controls) in the shift.</li><li>Reporting quality topics to management.</li><li>Performing quality controls on finished products.</li><li>Time based decisions (red, CA, escaleting) to support production continuity. </li><li>Supporting, involving and triggering quality&amp;safety and 5S improvement projects.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external &amp; internal regulations, procedures &amp; guidelines.</li></ul>Your Background<ul><li>Graduate of a Vocational High School in Electrical/Electronics, an Associate Degree in Electrical, or holding a valid MEB-approved Electrical certificate.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an electrical role within a factory/manufacturing environment, with knowledge of testing, maintenance &amp; repair, and quality control processes.</li><li>Having knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System&amp; Having knowledge of MS Office programs (Word and Excel) &amp; Having knowledge of usage of measurement equipment like micrometer and caliper.</li><li>Having knowledge of SAP, QDMS &amp; Having knowledge of transformer core process is a plus.</li><li>English skill is a big plus.</li><li>Residing or able to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul and Kocaeli &amp; Able to work in shifts.</li></ul>More About UsWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
