Job Summary The Green Design Lab (GDL) is Solar One's educational department. The education program administrator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our education programs (Environmental Education Center, Career &amp; Technical Education, and STEM Education). This position supports program delivery by managing and improving administrative systems, coordinating logistics, invoicing, purchasing, and maintaining records. This position is hybrid, with three in-person required days at our Solar One Environmental Education Center in Manhattan. A driver's license is required. Job Responsibilities: <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Coordinate the purchasing of programmatic expenses, tracking, and inputting receipts into expense management software </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Inventory supplies such as teacher toolkits, teaching materials, worksheets, etc </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Organizing document for invoicing program partners </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Assisting with data management related to programmatic metrics </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Assisting with analyzing and visualizing post-program survey data </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Renting zip car or a U-Haul to deliver program supplies to schools, as needed. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Collaborate with Solar One operations, fiscal, and development to support Solar One and ensure the Green Design Lab is complying with procedures, invoicing, purchasing, and providing records as requested. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Respond to basic inquiries from teachers, schools, and community partners. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Organizing photo drive, ensuring media release forms for participants. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> Collecting paperwork for summer camp programming </li> </ul> Qualifications and Skills Successful candidates for this role should be able to demonstrate the following: <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: new roman serif> 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations-based role.
